Adverio’s approach

Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management (EPCM)

Adverio works in several phases with a clear starting and ending point for each phase. Each phase ends with a go-no go decision for the next phase. This helps to obtain a smooth design process and – ultimately – a well-engineered and good functioning facility. The total design and building of a typical AD facility takes normally between 9-14 months after signing the contract.

The project phases are:
1. feasibility study;
2. pre-engineering;
3. conceptual engineering;
4. basic engineering;
5. detailed engineering;
6. construction and commissioning phase:

  • Procurement: Management of contractors and supplier contracts on behalf of the client
  • Construction Management: on-site project management from “green light” to hand over of facility after commissioning
